Dancers will warm up, learn the foundations of Contemporary dance by moving across the floor and working on skills in center. Dancers will learn a movement phrase that combines the idea of dynamics, music phrasing, and emotional expression. Dancers will end with a cool down. Dress Code: Comfortable/moveable clothing.
