Hi, I'm Tatyana
In fall of 2024, I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance and a minor in Marketing. Currently, I am working as a social media and content marketing assistant and as the Artistic Director at Synergy Dance Project.
I have always been inspired by the idea of “synergy” in that, we work better together. One of my favorite verses is Romans 12:5; it reads “So we, being, many, are one body in Christ, and every other member of one another”. God designed us all to be a significant part of one thing, and at Synergy Dance Project, each and every single dancer is an integral part of our community.
My faith has always been incredibly important to me, and it is crucial that I make that the center of everything I do. My hope is that Synergy Dance Project will always be rooted in Him, and I can continue to inspire and empower students through the transformative power of movement.
Hi, I'm Tailyn
I have been a dancer for sixteen years, and have taken part in competitive dance since the age of 10. I am trained in multiple styles, consisting of jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, ballet, and pointe, but found a passion for hip hop and contemporary. Throughout my competitive years, I have been awarded high point scores, gala performances, and judges choice awards.
Alongside competition, I was a participant in dance festivals and college workshops. At these events, I had the honor to train under professional dancers in various styles.
I am currently working at a painting studio, and I am looking forward to expand my creative side and become an instructor at Synergy Dance Project. My hope throughout my time as an instructor would be to expand the gift of dance that God has provided, and keep His love at the heart of each dance class.
Hi, I'm Kate
I specialize in dance and athletic communications as well as teaching ballet. I began my ballet training in middle school. I continued training and teaching throughout high school and college. I have performed lead roles such as Princess Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty and the Sugarplum Fairy in The Nutcracker. Alongside ballet, I have trained in lyrical, jazz, and occasionally K-pop-style dance.
My teaching experience ranges from preschool to adult students. I work closely with students to tailor their ballet training to their goals. Whether they wish to join a college dance team, pursue a commercial dance career, cross-train for other sports, or dance recreationally, I will work to support their dreams through ballet.
My faith in Christ drives everything I do. Because of this, I strive to create a dance class environment where everyone feels welcome and able to learn free from judgment. Each dancer is on a unique journey. Together we can support them to reach their full potential.
Alongside teaching, I support the mission of Synergy Dance Project as the Marketing & Communications Assistant. In this role, I work alongside the Artistic Director to conduct both internal and external communications, handle administrative tasks, and coordinate events.
I graduated from St. Cloud State University in the fall of 2024 with my Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication. At SCSU, I was the Strategic Communications Intern for the Department of Mass Communications & Film. In 2024, I also worked for TEDxStCloud as their Graphic Design-Marketing Intern. I am blessed and excited to utilize my communications skills here at Synergy Dance Project!
